Jerry’s name was given to us by a friend when we were looking to purchase our first home back in 2010. We heard so many horror stories about how hard the process to purchase a home would be, but our experience was nothing like anything we had heard. Jerry made the process extremely easy for us. He went above and beyond his duties to help make sure we understood anything that was presented to us and not feel overwhelmed by anything. He answered our questions in a timely manner and always kept us up-to-date with where our paperwork was at and what to expect next. Jerry was an excellent agent. Jerry was able to rent my property in a matter of days. Jerry took the time to review the rental applications, credit reports, and other pertinent documents to ensure that I was getting the best candidate possible. Since our house Sold & Closed so quickly, Jerry was able to help us find a house to rend in our Price Range until we are able to find our Next/Final Home. We moved to Michigan in 2003 from San Diego, Ca. Jerry worked with us in getting our first house here in Michigan. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the real estate industry.
